By purchasing or using our softwares (“SN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Services. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Overview
WE (NJAC) provides licensed digital software access. A valid license key is required to use premium features.
2. License Policy
- Each purchase generates a unique license key
- Licenses are valid for a limited period (e.g., 30 days)
- Each license is tied to a single payment
- License sharing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited
3. Payments
- All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
- We do not store sensitive financial data
- Access is granted only after successful payment confirmation
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a license has been issued.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during purchase
- Do not attempt to bypass licensing systems
- Do not reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the software
- Do not misuse the service for illegal or abusive activities
6. License Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke any license if:
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Terms are violated
- Abuse of system is identified
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or outages may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Issues caused by third-party services
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
