Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 24, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all software products, premium licenses, subscriptions, and digital services provided by NJAC ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing a license or premium feature, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Digital Product Nature

NJAC develops and distributes software products. Most of our software can be used free of charge without purchasing a license. Purchasing a license is optional and grants access to premium features, functionality, or benefits depending on the product.

Premium licenses are offered in monthly, quarterly, and yearly terms. Licenses remain active for the purchased period and expire automatically when the subscription term ends unless renewed.

Because licenses are digital products delivered electronically, all sales are considered final.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through NJAC are non-refundable. Once a license key, subscription, activation entitlement, or premium access has been issued, refunds, reimbursements, credits, or partial refunds will not be provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to premium software features and agree that the transaction is final.

3. License Terms and Expiration

  • Monthly licenses remain valid for one month from activation.
  • Quarterly licenses remain valid for three months from activation.
  • Yearly licenses remain valid for one year from activation.
  • Licenses expire automatically at the end of their purchased term.
  • Expiration of a license does not qualify for a refund.
  • Unused time does not qualify for a refund or credit.

4. Service Interruptions and Technical Issues

We strive to provide reliable services and infrastructure; however, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hosting provider outages, server issues, networking problems, software defects, third-party failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Such interruptions do not qualify for refunds, reimbursements, credits, compensation, or extensions of service.

5. License and Activation Problems

If a purchased license cannot be activated, is not received, or is affected by a technical issue, we may investigate the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it.

Resolution may include correcting account information, reissuing a license key, restoring access, or fixing a technical problem. These situations do not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, feature descriptions, licensing terms, and system requirements before making a purchase.

Refunds will not be provided because:

  • The software does not meet personal expectations.
  • A desired feature is unavailable.
  • The software is no longer needed.
  • The user changes their mind after purchase.
  • The wrong product or license was purchased.
  • The user fails to use the purchased license.
  • The user forgets to cancel or renew a subscription.

7. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

NJAC reserves the right to suspend or terminate licenses and services if fraudulent activity, payment abuse, unauthorized chargebacks, license sharing, resale, redistribution, or violations of our Terms of Service are detected.

Initiating a chargeback after receiving access to a digital product may result in immediate suspension of associated licenses and services.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where a refund or remedy is required by law, NJAC will comply with those legal obligations.
